CABERNET SAUVIGNON 40% CARIGNAN 30% PAIS 30%. WINE from Chile. Produced by Juan is former winemaker at Laurel Lake Vineyards in the North Fork of LI. Winemaker Juan collaborated with FIV for many years with our own labeled wines. 
Fermentation made in stainless steel tanks for 24 days and then aged in French oak for 9 months. 
The Name QUINANTU means " under one sun".
