Sea salt on ice cream is a classic dessert combination that's been popular for a while and is rooted in Mediterranean cuisine. The combination of the briny salt with the fruity and grassy notes of the olive oil complements the flavor of the ice cream.

The Olive Oil used is produced in Greece at our family farm in a small village just outside of Sparti called Skoura.
